1. Orders
If you already know what part(s) you require, please fill in our contact form or
e-mail us with:
1. your contact details;
2. vehicle type;
3. engine type;
4. part(s) description
5. part number: this can speed up things quite a bit and can be found on the websites of the brands or other sources such like www.streetperformance.com
If you do not have a part number, but do know what you are looking for, or just have a picture of the relevant part we will be more than happy to help you and research it.
2. Quotes
Quotes can always be made on request and will always be sent by e-mail to you by e-mail in PDF format.

Quotes are always free of charge but cannot be used as an official invoice or for warranty claims. Dc Automotive keeps detailed records of all its sales, however, it is at all times the responsibility of the purchaser to keep a valid record or copy of the invoice.
Should the purchaser lose the invoice and request a duplicate copy, a small administration charge will be made.
3. Purchase and final order
Payment details will be sent when purchaser's written confirmation has been received by e-mail, fax or SMS (purchaser must advise telephone number beforehand).
Orders will only be confirmed and processed once the monies have been received.
Before this time no order will be processed.
High value items ( > € 1000,- ) require a different procedure which we will explain to you once order has been placed.
4. Payment options
Our current Payment options are direct bank transfer or Paypal in advance.
Paypal payments will attract a surcharge of:
Euro 10,- on all orders under Euro 750,-.
Above Euro 750,- Paypal charges are paid by us.
5. Warranties
DC Automotive retains warranties of at least 1 year, all warranties are manufacturer warranties and are not decided nor influenced by DC Automotive.
All non-practical/ written assistance will be provided by DC Automotive (unless stated differently) to resolve any warranty issues. Any practical assistance required is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless stated differently by DC Automotive.
All warranty issues are handled individually and DC Automotive shall always investigate thoroughly prior to issuing any advice.
